C-Trak have just completed a new plastic belt conveyor for a customer overseas. It is fabricated in stainless steel with modular belting and has a built in water jet spray cleaner making it a easy to clean conveyor system. It also has a drip tray along the full length of the conveyor to catch the drips.

Incline Belt Conveyor for Loose Products
This was one of our final jobs for 2011 it was a flighted belt conveyor transporting loose products ( kidney beans) poured into a hopper from sacks and elevated upwards to another process.

Food Conveyor for pre-packed Sandwiches
This week C-Trak produced a food conveyor for a company that required products moved along the conveyor line. A shelf at the top was also required.
The sandwich conveyor was fabricated in stainless steel and had a food quality belt that had a quick release device for easy removal for cleaning. Please take a look at the video below.
